Curbside Pickup Now Available!

To facilitate an easier experience for our local customers, Arda Wigs Canada is introducing Curbside Pickup at our Kitchener, Ontario warehouse. This option is available for customers in the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge area (or to those in Southern Ontario who’d be willing to make the drive!).

Curbside pickup will be contactless. To ensure the safety of our staff and of our customers, our staff will wear a mask and gloves when interacting with you. If you arrive on foot, we will enforce proper physical distancing. If you arrive with a vehicle, we will place your order directly into the trunk/back of your vehicle.

Curbside Pickups are available only on Friday’s, from 3 to 5pm EST. If a public holiday falls on a Friday which results in our warehouse being closed, we will announce adjusted pickup availability accordingly.

If you are arriving on foot, you are required to wear a face mask, or other appropriate face covering. We reserve the right to not release your order to you if you do not wear a face mask. If you are arriving in a vehicle, you will not be required to wear a mask, as you will not be asked to exit your vehicle.

Once your order has been placed, you will have two weeks to pick it up, beginning with the first available Friday. If you do not pick up your order by the deadline, your order will be fully refunded, and the items will be put back into our stock. 

Full details, including exact procedures for on-foot and in-vehicle pickups, will be emailed to you upon placing your order.
