COVID-19 Operations Update from Arda Wigs Canada

To our valued customers,

In light of the current global health situation, we wanted to provide an update to our customers regarding our current operation status and procedures. 

Arda Wigs Canada is able to continue operations as usual, in accordance with local and provincial mandates. As part of our commitment to our staff's health and livelihood, our office staff were moved to work-from-home positions over a month ago, to ensure a safe work environment for our warehouse staff.

We have implimented the following measures to ensure the health and safety of our warehouse staff and customers:

• Our staff practice safe physical distancing, ensuring they remain 6ft/2m apart at all times. (This is very easy to do in our warehouse!)
• Proper handwashing techniques are observed at all times.
• All touched surfaces (door handles, faucets, tables/surfaces, computer periferals) are sanitized daily.
• No outside visitors aside from staff or regular couriers are permitted on the premises. 

Until further notice, our current processing time will be increased to 5-7 business days. Additionally, until further notice, we will no longer offer “RUSH” order processing. While express shipping methods are still available from their respective couriers, we cannot guarantee the prioritization of their processing as we have typically done in the past. Please bear in mind the estimated delivery time given in the checkout does not account for processing times. Our staff at the warehouse and those at home are working hard to ensure your experience with us is as smooth as possible.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. We will update this posting upon any changes to our policies, either made by the company, or mandated through local, provincial, or federal government.
