Handmade Pirate Tricorn Hat - Black and Gold #85

Built on a synthetic felt black base, the frill is hand-pleated gold taffeta, with black and gold lace trims.  The embellishment is adorned with a faux grey pearl and rhinestones.  The focal embellishment is mounted on a pin back so you can move the placement of the pin around your hat, or even pin it to your outfit.
