Announcement Regarding: Canada Post Strike

Due to the Canada Post strike, no Canada Post outlets or offices are accepting packages until the strike is resolved. Until then, all orders with Canada Post as the chosen shipping method will be picked and set aside, but NOT shipped. Your order will be shipped once the strike is resolved. Unfortunately we have no idea how long the strike will last. Once Canada Post is back to shipping items, please know there will be delays until they catch up from the backlog from the strike.

During the strike, FedEx and UPS continue to operate, as do many other shipping services and couriers.  

You have several options for your order:

Option 1:  You're good to wait, stick with Canada Post, and the order will ship once Canada Post is accepting packages again.
Simply let us know you're good to wait! You can still cancel the order OR purchase a different shipping carrier any time before it ships, if you change your mind. You will know your order has shipped when you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If we do not receive any reply, we WILL assume you are choosing this option.

Option 2:  Change shipping methods to FedEx or UPS, from our site.
If you would like to purchase FedEx or UPS shipping, you can purchase additional shipping by emailing us to purchase "Extra Shipping" and have your original shipping fee refunded.

Option 3:  You'd like to provide the shipping label.
If you would like to source out your own shipping, we can email you the the origin address of the Canada Post we ship from, weight, and dimensions of your package. You can then purchase the shipping label yourself from the carrier of your choice, and email us the PDF of the shipping label. We will then place YOUR shipping label on your package, and drop it off to the carrier. The carrier MUST have drop off/pickup locations in Waterloo, Ontario so we can drop it off to the carrier. The Canada Post shipping charge will be refunded to you.

Option 4:  The destination address is within 30 minutes driving distance of 50 Westmount Rd N, Waterloo, ON N2L 2R5, according to Google Maps.
With this option, we will deliver it by private courier at no extra charge. Shipping will not be refunded.

Option 5:  Pick up your order.
The meetup address for order pick-ups is CLOSE TO 50 Westmount Rd N, Waterloo, ON N2L 2R5. Available meetup dates and times very WIDELY, depending on the owner's availability to meet up. The exact meetup address will be sent upon request. It is NOT a warehouse or residential address, but simply a public meetup spot. You must be on time. Shipping will be refunded at the time of pickup.
