Pick-up Location: The pick-up point is near Westmount Mall in Waterloo. Since we no longer have a warehouse open to the public, the exact address will be emailed to you after your order is placed. Please note that this is a public meetup spot, not a warehouse or residential address.
Pick-up Times: Availability varies depending on the owner's schedule, so please be on time for your scheduled pick-up.
Shipping Refund: Shipping costs will be refunded at the time of pick-up.

With the ongoing Canada Post strike, here are additional options to consider:
Provide Your Own Shipping Label: If you prefer to use a different carrier, we can email you the origin address, package weight, and dimensions. You can then purchase the shipping label and email us the PDF. We’ll attach it to your package and drop it off at the carrier's location. (The carrier MUST have drop off/pickup locations in Waterloo)
Private Courier Delivery: If you're within 30 minutes of 50 Westmount Rd N, Waterloo, ON, we can deliver your order via private courier at no extra charge. Shipping will not be refunded for this option.
